Overview

Bella Vista Apartments is a 230-unit community offering affordable housing for seniors and non-elderly disabled residents. This high-rise community offers studio and one-bedroom apartments.  For your convenience, there is a community center and laundry facilities on-site.  Each apartment features standard appliances, central air conditioning, and an emergency pull cord. 

The building has an intercom system linked to the telephone to allow visitors in, as well as, an on-site Concierge that is there 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.  Activities for the residents include exercise classes, blood pressure & glucose checks, and social events for each holiday.  As an added benefit, Union City provides transportation to local shopping venues weekly.
