Overview

Preakness Commons is an affordable housing community (subject to income guidelines) that consists of one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom and three bedroom duplex apartments. Our two story garden style apartments feature modern open interiors, hardwood floors in-select units, central air conditioning and heat. 

Our complex maintains an on-site management office, a full-time superintendent, 24/7 emergency maintenance, on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking. Preakness Commons is located in close proximity to schools, town center, the municipal tennis courts, the Willowbrook Mall and Routes 80, 46, 23  and 202.

Pet Fee: $250 per pet (non-refundable)

Dog: 75lb

Monthly Pet Rent:
Cat: $35 per pet
Dog: $50 per pet

Breed Restrictions apply!
(At present, the following breeds are considered aggressive breeds and any full or mix of the following breeds are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier / Pit Bull, Wolf)
